After playing for the nationally ranked and BIG champion Purdue volleyball team in college, leading and managing client accounts with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration comes naturally to JoAnn as Director of Client Services. She cut her teeth in client services early in her career helping manage global accounts for an ad agency in the Chicago area. For JoAnn, customer centricity and successful partnerships are at the core of her being.
Outside of work, JoAnn finds spending time with her grandchildren priceless. She also loves watching BIG volleyball, especially her beloved Boilermakers. Boiler up!
