The Recruitment Process

             

Our recruitment process provides you with the opportunity to meet with the Leaders of our Company as well as the future Fusers that you will collaborate with every day. We give you the opportunity to show case your knowledge, experience, skills and personality.

 

STEP 1.     If you see a job that interests you, please send your resume and cover letter to jobs@channel-fusion.com.

STEP 2.     We will respond to your application within 72 hours with a status update. If you are successful, we will invite you to participate in our interview process.

STEP 3.     First Interview: This interview will last about 30 – 60 minutes with the hiring manager and HR Director. If you live outside of the Cedar Rapids area, we can conduct this interview on Skype.

STEP 4.     Final Interview: This interview will last another 30 – 60 minutes with future Fusers that you will be collaborating with and finally, the CEO of Channel Fusion.

STEP 5.     If all goes well, we will welcome you to FUSER NATION!
